our company specializes in providing springs globally, as well as customized products for all customers. Located in the world's manufacturing center, Shenzhen, China, we have a talented R&D team, skilled technicians, an efficient management system and advanced manufacturing machines. Our main products include extension, compression, torsion, spiral, wave, precision, automotive and medical, DISC spring, wire form, clip and precision turning part. These products are widely used in many industries, such as automotive, motorbike, bicycle, aviation, household appliance, toy, automatic equipment, instrument and meter, electric tool and molding. Furthermore, the diameter of our processed wires ranges from 0.08 to 8.0mm. We have a factory covering an area of 5,000 square meters, equipped with advanced machines sourced from Taiwan and Japan. Utilizing 60 computer spring forming machines, projectors, digital torque, tension, compression, elasticity meters, endurance and salt spray testing equipment, we have a daily production capacity of 3 million pieces. We also have 18 QC auditors who ensure all our products are manufactured accurately. To control quality from the very start, our raw materials, such as SUS, carbon steel, copper and piano wire are sourced from reliable suppliers who have been cooperating with us for 10 years, such as those in China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan. For your added assurance, we strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS16949:2009 guidelines and our products have SGS, RoHS and BV approvals. Plus, a three-year warranty is provided.
