Founded: 2005

Dongguan Hongfeng Plastic Products Factory was established in 2005. Our factory is located in Wulian Industrial Zone, Fenggang Town, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. We are a professional manufacturer of thermoforming EVA foams and EVA packaging products. We have a set of devices of EVA hot pressing now, including sticker machines, vertical cutting machines, hydraulic machines, hydraulic cutting machines, computer cars, DY cars, flat cars and high vehicles. The daily output of one single product line can reach 30,000pcs. In the process, our factory has mastered the usage of EVA, high foams, foams, PE boards, PP boards, ABS, SBR, EPE and other materials in hot molding process. The materials we use for fabric lining including hot PU, good plot cloth, nylon cloth, Lai card, while Wong cloth, umbrella cloth, BK cloth, towels and other fabrics can be hot pressing too. Our thermoforming products have been widely used in EVA series such as school bags, speaker bags, trolley case covers, backpacks, back pads, ice packs, stationery, glasses cases, camera bags, CD boxes, mobile phone sets, sport safety products, toys, masks and others. We have rich production experience and strict internal management. We can provide one-stop services ranging from mold design and development, sampling, good production, shipping to sales tracking.
